Shipping policy
Please choose carefully as The Lola Collective are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind. We offer an exchange or online credit for all change of mind purchases as long as:
- The item is please returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item is in original condition
- The item is not damaged, used or altered
Please note, The Lola Collective cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items. Email us at hello@thelolacollective.co to organise your exchange.
Unfortunately, we do not return sale items unless deemed faulty.
We apologise if an item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@thelolacollective.co and we will organise a replacement, credit or refund.
We ship domestically within Australia. Your orders will be typically dispatched and posted within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, please contact us if you would need a hard copy attached to your order.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australian Post. Standard shipping takes 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping
Express shipping parcels are sent via Australian Post. Express shipping takes 1-5 business days.
Delivery time frames are just an indication and The Lola Collective will not be held accountable for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late. Please note, this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be couriered to your address.
Disclaimer
Once a parcel has been delivered to your delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. Where providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear. We can redeliver parcels where address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, this will incur delivery charge of $10.00 for standard registered post or $15.00 for express post.
